Project = GYAN : At Find fin we believe in comprehensive inclusion of all stakeholders in the financial inclusion world. We engage in continuous and rigorous research activities to identify the emerging themes in the financial inclusion practices around the society. Financial inclusion activities ensure access to financial services to the excluded population especially women. Financial inclusion themes offer abundant research opportunities over the role of emerging financial technology and innovation in promotion of financial inclusion, the impact of financial inclusion in the financial stability and living standards of individuals, and finally the linkages resulting in inclusive growth and poverty reduction as a whole. We work on bringing research, technology and activities under single umbrella.

Project = JYOTI : At Findfin we believe that way to financial inclusion passes on the route / way of increased financial literacy. Dissemination of financial literacy helps make individuals informed decisions regarding developing a savings culture, proper utilization of loans and the better management of money and importance having a sound credit history. A well financially aware society can help get over the barriers of using financially services. A confident person can well take advantage of the innovative financial digital techniques helping delivering of financial services at greater pace be it savings, transfer of money or payment of financial liabilities
Swabhimaan “स्वाभिमान”'
Project = SWABHIMAAN : To achieve the swabhimaan objectives, we work with the methodology of partnering with visionary financial institutions, government institutions, likeminded private foundations & acting as intermediary for banks, NBFCs, individuals with good planning & executing ideas & experts in strengthening of our collective thinking towards delivering of financial services from every household” to “every unbanked adult”. We believe low-income household must have access to affordable, accessible, demand-driven financial products and services like Micro Loans
Sanrakshanam “संरक्षणम्”
Project = SANRAKSHANAM : Sanrakshanam is a Sanskrit word for Protection.Project focuses on educating Customers / Clients about their protection, rights and making them aware of grievance redressal system in place. One of the key parameters of measurement of Financial Inclusion is study of quality of services, such as grievance redressal (through number of complaints received and addressed). Increased use of AI, robotic process automation techniques like deploying Chat bots, automated voice assistants ,emergence of fin techs & other technological advancements has also brought emerging consumer protection concerns, such as fraud risks, transparency, data protection and recourse mechanisms due to lack of proper trainings, technical know how among beneficiaries. To customized & counter it we engage ourselves in Training programs / Workshops on Cyber Security awareness, dissemination of digital techniques to assess the current impediments of financial inclusion (such as issues faced while using digital services, knowledge of customer rights and attitude of service provider etc).
